When you book an appointment with us by phone and provide your mobile number, we use it to send transactional text messages about your appointment: a booking confirmation (which may request your email address so we can deliver your written estimate) and confirmations of any changes you request.

Message frequency

Typically 1–3 messages per appointment. We do not send recurring or marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and mobile plan.

How we protect your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and text messaging opt-in data will not be sold or shared with any third party. Information may be shared only with vendors acting on our behalf solely to deliver these messages.
